Over the past 25 years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead corporate administration, real estate and workplace strategy across diverse sectors including automotive, telecom, power, real estate and hospitality. My journey has spanned some of India’s most respected organizations like Hero MotoCorp, Bharti Enterprises, Sterlite Power and The Oberoi Group—where I’ve led pan-India infrastructure rollouts, ESG-first transformation programs and enterprise-wide operational governance. At Hero MotoCorp, I lead corporate administration and facility management across five corporate offices, a tech/R&D Office, and 40+ regional sites. My role spans real estate lifecycle planning, hybrid workplace enablement, ESG integration, risk governance, and digitized admin operations. We’ve delivered a 25%+ reduction in real estate costs, implemented Zero Waste and water recyclability programs, and introduced IoT-enabled governance frameworks to strengthen service delivery and transparency. Prior to this, I led asset operations for the 1.5 million sq. ft. Worldmark Lead Platinum project at Bharti Realty—managing full P&L, regulatory and tenant onboarding. At Sterlite Power, I oversaw pan-India facility and security operations while enabling structured compliance, cost optimization and international expansion. I bring deep expertise in infrastructure transformation, workplace experience design, governance frameworks and sustainable operations. Whether scaling future-ready environments, embedding ESG across portfolios or enabling hybrid-ready teams, I focus on structure, service excellence and long-term enterprise value.
