About Lacey Cook

Studying International Hospitality and Tourism Management at Rochester Institute of Technology, with a concentration in travel, a minor in Advertising and PR and an immersion in Italian opened many international doors for me. I think the experience of traveling and obtaining a global perspective can be very influential on a person. I find motivation in working with students because I believe learning about other cultures/languages can open both our minds and the doors of opportunity. I am actively creating a company that allows me share information, educate, connect, move and inspire others to explore the world through traveling. I am consistently working on a continuation of my education and challenges regarding my leadership skills which consists of teaching and taking an MBA program in Spain and recently enrolling in Choice Center University in coaching and Emotional Intelligence based in Las Vegas. I feel passionate about staying in motion, whether that be through fitness or dance, travel or study. The ultimate goal of increasing our knowledge, our connections, Intention and development. Keeping ourselves in motion means both mind and body. I find joy in teaching others fun ways to move in which connects them to themselves and others and spreads love in our own skin. This is comparable to why I enjoy teaching, as it opens up new perspectives and allows for discovery in areas that are uncomfortable. I actively study and practice Italian as it was my second language. I speak fluent Spanish (as my 3rd language) and am currently based in Spain, Italy, and the USA. I believe that we are all destined to connect with our intentions if we begin the journey within, knowing ourselves and reflecting on what we want to creare and who we want to be. Movement: body, mind, and soul will allow us to intentionally connect to what brings us joy and spread love, build connections, explore this beautiful world, and elevate our energies and all those around us.
