CIPP qualified payroll practioner, I have over 15+ years experience in payroll processing and HR administration and 10+ years experience in managing people. I am well organised and great at multitasking as well as organising and managing teams. I pride myself on developing people and forming great relationships with my team members, peers and stakeholders. As well as developing people I am constantly looking for new ways to develop and upskill myself and keeping up to date with new legislation. I have strong analytical skills and in depth knowledge and experience with project management, operational management and implementation of new payroll systems.
