Background
About Lacey Wheaton
In high school, I was apart of many clubs including FFA, 4-H, National Honors, Society. Not only was I apart of these clubs, I have also held a Vice President Role in each club. I have also held the other officer positions in each club. I was also apart of the volleyball and softball team as well as a being a cheer captain of the varsity squad my last three years of high school. I also have many volunteer hours at events such as banquets, youth sporting events, and other opportunities I was given through being in these clubs. After graduation, I pursued my passion and began working at a local vet clinic. With no experience in an actual clinic, I have learned and been trained to be a veterinary technician there. I have learned more communication skills, adapted to different computer systems, and learned a whole bunch about of veterinary medicine. I now aspire to look for new opportunities that allow me to grow my knowledge outside of my current work experience.
