About Lachlan Giles

I'm a purpose-driven professional with a diverse background spanning environmental science, creative content, marketing, and internal business development. I’m passionate about using business as a force for good and thrive in roles that combine strategy, communication, and sustainability. Currently, I work in internal business development—streamlining operations, improving brand communications, and driving initiatives that strengthen organisations from the inside out. I bring a strong understanding of environmental sustainability, having worked on BCorp certification processes, environmental reporting systems, and policy development. With experience ranging from consulting and project management to creative production and marketing, I offer a unique blend of analytical and creative thinking. I value integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement—and I’m always seeking opportunities to contribute to meaningful, values-led work.
