About Lachlan Harding
I am currently an accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist who graduated at the end of 2019. I have an interest in sports specific movements and resistance training to help improve overall sports performances and the prevention of injuries.Growing up playing soccer and competing in athletics at high levels I have experienced many injuries throughout my life, experiencing first-hand the step-by-step process of rehabilitation. I also have a passion for attending the gym which through my workspace I aim to transfer this knowledge to future clients and help others achieve their goals as well as help with any recovery which may be needed. Over my growing career I have worked with clients in many different areas including musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological and mental health aiming to build good relationships with each client, tailoring specific individual programs to help overcome any barriers they may face and achieve set goals.
