About Lachlan Lepper

My experience thus far has been primarily in the travel, golf and learning and development sectors, which was fuelled from an obsession with seeing the world, experiencing cultures and challenging my comfort zone, This culminated in setting, and completing in Dec 2019, a goal of visiting 100 countries. Completing this goal illustrates the characteristics that make me excel in the roles that I take on- Adaptability- Leadership and Management- Culture Implementation- Relationship Building - Innovation and Creativity - Drive and Success Whether in sales, learning and development, customer experience, performance management, leadership or personal development I can help your business thrive and your staff succeed - just see what a previous managers appraisal had to say! Your impact on the business in last year, and really immediately since you started, has been overwhelmingly positive. I can’t tell you how appreciative I am of the amazing work you have done. For me personally, you have been a huge support and have taken sales at OT to a whole new level, taking on much of what I used to do and doing it much better! The feedback from everyone here, across all levels, is nothing short of spectacular.
