I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. I currently serve at a nonprofit organization, providing trauma-informed, client-centered therapy to diverse populations. I earned my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University in 2022, and my B.A. in Psychology (Magna Cum Laude) from Concordia University–Portland in 2020. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 16 years in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist, salon manager, small business owner, and independent contractor. That chapter of my life taught me the power of connection, active listening, and holding space—skills I now bring into every therapy session. I’m especially drawn to work that fosters resilience, self-compassion, and meaningful change.
