I’m a business process and data governance professional with 20+ years of experience driving operational excellence, leading teams, and optimizing SAP data and systems in complex, global environments. Currently, I lead the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Business Support team for Upstream assets (Kearl and Cold Lake), leading a team and serving as the Track Software Custodian and SME. I collaborate with commercial and operational procurement teams, and business line. I troubleshoot issues, establish and document work processes, and enable cross-functional teams to work efficiently. Throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation for bridging the gap between business users and technical teams — understanding end-to-end processes, identifying gaps and dependencies, and collaborating across functions to design sustainable solutions. Key highlights of my experience include: • Leading SAP customer, material, plant, BOM, and APO master data setup for a major new chemical plant build, coordinating with supply chain, manufacturing, tax, and project teams. • Designing and implementing a new global Master Data Advisor role, recruiting and training teams in Houston, Prague, and Bangkok. • Supporting digital transformation through data quality governance, dashboard testing, and analytics consultation. • Creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, Smartsheet forms, and Power BI dashboards to improve transparency and streamline approvals. • Building and publishing Power BI dashboards to visualize vendor spend, contract leakage, and operational KPIs.
