About Ladonna Singleton

I am a seasoned public affairs professional and manager with over 10 years public affairs, project management, information technology (IT) and human resources (HR) management experience. I am results-oriented with a "can-do" attitude. I have a continuous improvement/quality background and I enjoy leading people, managing resources and delivering quality results on-time and under budget. I managed multiple small to large complex projects. While working in a team oriented, agile environment throughout my Air Force and my civilian career, I led and motivated cross organizational teams that improved efficiency, effectiveness and quality through technology enhancements and process re-engineering. Some of my significant duties included public relations and community relations. While leading my IT staff and my HR staff for the last 10 years, I also had the pleasure of communicating my organization's mission and events as the public website and social media manager via the Web, Facebook and traditional news outlets like newspapers, newsletters and television to external and internal audiences. As a huge advocate of supporting the community, I rallied hundreds of volunteers who participated in numerous community events and pioneered our military school mentor program where military members helped change the lives of students. I enjoy a challenge and embrace and look forward to positive change.
