About Lafon Hamilton

I am a cleared Sales Engineering Manager with 20+ years of progressive IT experience supporting law enforcement, defense, and healthcare organizations. My experience includes supporting small, medium, and large organizations working in help desk and desktop support roles, earlier in my career, to more recently managing teams of senior systems administrators. I led a team of Citrix engineers and designed and built a large VDI environment for digital evidence review leveraging Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix XenApp, and Citrix Provisioning Services.I was previously certified under the Cisco Certified Network Associate program when I worked as a network administrator. During this time, I regularly configured and deployed switches and routers for a moderately sized enterprise IP network. Immediately following my work in that role, I began what would be the first of two year-long deployments to Iraq with the US Army in a tactical communications role.I have a passion for learning new technologies and feel extremely proud when I can use the skills I've gained over the past 20+ years to support the men and women of law enforcement and defense.
