Hi, I’m Laiba Malik. I’m a marketer and designer driven by curiosity. I like learning fast, going deep, and turning ideas into things that actually work.I’m big on unhinged marketing. The kind that feels human, not manufactured. I don’t believe brands scale by chasing old trends or obsessing over aesthetic feeds. They scale by using trends strategically to build attention, traction, and trust. I’ve organically scaled Najoomi.ai’s social presence using strategy-led, unhinged content, driving over 4.5 million impressions and building a highly engaged audience. Along the way, I taught myself UI/UX from scratch and went on to design and deploy full-fledged websites. Fast learning isn’t a buzzword for me. It’s how I work.One thing that really helped me in UI/UX was the work I did during my internship at AIO App, I built an extensive product language guide from the ground up, shaping how the product communicates with users. That experience sharpened how I think about clarity, consistency, and user-first messaging.My skill set spans social media strategy, UX writing, UI/UX design, video scripting, and copywriting. Right now, I’m focused on building brand and marketing strategy, working closely with product, design, and tech teams to turn ideas into execution.I thrive in collaborative environments.
