I am a relationship-focused Supply Chain Manager known for positive business impact to the organizations I serve. I create success by looking at the big picture and prioritizing activities that will optimize time to delivery. I focus on excellent customer service and project management tailored to individual initiatives. My core strengths are adaptability, creativity, and results focused collaboration. I have a bachelor's degree in Geography with minors in International Development and Spanish. My education has given me a unique perspective on relating to and communicating with people of all cultures and backgrounds. My work experience has given me the necessary skillset to thrive. I have excelled in customer service, contract negotiation, project contract and account management, process improvement, procurement, organization and time management, communication, leadership, and supplier management. I have managed 20+ unique projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers. I have developed processes and procedures to help streamline my team’s internal functions and deliver overall cost savings. I have managed several multi-million-dollar contract renewals with Microsoft, ServiceNow, and many other SaaS suppliers. Some of my core strengths are being adaptable, empathetic, creative, responsible, and resilient. I use these every day to better myself and the company I work for. I’m not afraid to ask questions and find answers to complicated problems as I’ve made it a habit to work hard, and to learn as much and as fast as I can. I consider myself a team player and have the ability to lead others when necessary.
