Joined Systems Limited in 2007 as an “Assistant Manager Outsourcing” to manage a team of 20 people, and now 15 years later as “Senior Vice President” I am leading colleagues working in different teams/projects for 45+ clients. During these years, I have transformed the unit from manual tracking of operational tasks to a software workflow-driven operations facility. Have implemented operational strategies for successful delivery despite stringent deadlines. Introduced multiple BI/MIS reporting structures for each sub-unit that have helped in proper tracking of data for analysis to make key decisions for business growth, cost reduction, customer experience, performance enhancement, and operational excellence.
