About Laisha Saba

I’m a proud UCF alum with degrees in Marketing and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I’ve always been driven by growth, learning, and taking on challenges that push me out of my comfort zone. Due to this mindset, I was promoted to the role of HubSpot Admin within just one year of joining my current employer. In my career as a HubSpot Admin, I get to dig into CRMs, streamline processes, and turn ideas into actionable strategies. At the same time, I’ve always enjoyed content creation. There’s something exciting about finding creative ways to connect with people on different social media platforms and make an impact. Whether I’m exploring the latest trends or coming up with fresh ideas (and yes, I am extremely fluent in TikTok/GenZ lingo), I love the challenge of creating something fun and engaging. In general, my peers would describe my personality as upbeat, curious, and always ready to jump into something new. Helping others, accomplishing my personal and professional goals, and challenging myself to grow are what keep me motivated, and I'm excited to see where that gets me in my professional career. And when I’m not working, I’m all about music, hiking, and spending time with my two fur babies.
