About Laith Daik

After graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a BBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Houston, Laith Daik went on to employ his degree in residential and commercial finance. Finding an immediate calling in real estate finance, he now maintains an active real estate license and is a spirited member of many professional associations throughout Texas, including the Texas Mortgage Banker’s Association, National Association of Mortgage Professionals, Houston Apartment Association, National Association of Realtors, Houston Heights Association, Better Business Bureau and the Heights Chamber of Commerce. Laith manages all aspects of operation and business development for both the commercial and residential mortgage banking loan departments of Texas Loan Star, Inc. as President amid successfully upholding client, investor, and bank relations. In addition to his presidential duties Laith is an active real estate investor managing an income property portfolio consisting primarily of multi-family properties. Laith upholds a productive and effective work environment while managing to create and foster a family-like camaraderie among his employees. Happily married to Jodie Daik, Laith’s efficacy and dedication extends beyond the family here at Texas Loan Star, Inc. and into his loving home where he and Jodie raise and nurture their three beautiful daughters Josephine, Cameron and Channing.
