My professional background includes work in community-based programs, school settings, and private practice, experiences that have shaped my dedication to advocacy, clinical excellence, and client-centered care. I specialize in supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem issues. With a focus on Black mental health and culturally affirming care, I strive to create a safe and collaborative therapeutic environment where healing, growth, and restoration can occur. My clinical approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, allowing treatment to be tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
