About Lakin Fish

I am dedicated to developing people and empowering them to succeed in both their professional and personal lives. As an organisational psychologist, I analyze how individual behaviour impacts the workplace so businesses can improve their employees' well-being, and increase efficiency and productivity in their workplace. I have contributed to the development of individual, team and organisational capability through various organisational development interventions in both consulting and corporate environments. Often executives have little, if any understanding of the impact that people practices can have on a business’s bottom line. Through my work, my intention is to integrate the HR functions that traditionally operated in isolation, into a strategic talent management function that will improve an organisation’s flexibility and performance. “If you don’t understand people, you don’t understand business” Simon Sinek
