My main responsibilities at my current organisation are : a. Working on diligence assignments including evaluating key business drivers, identifying investment-decision issues, coordinating with various teams and reporting to Private Equity/ Strategic clients. b. Working across various sectors including e-commerce, technology startups, data analytics, semiconductor designs, etc. c. Independently handling various critical areas including revenue, margin analysis, key operations cost, employee cost, balance sheet to achieve at conclusions in terms of transaction insights and findings. d. Assessing and deriving normalized EBITDA, Net Debt and Working capital to examine historical trends, significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods. e. Performing industry and company level bench-marking using operational and financial metrics f. Performing analytical assessments using tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, Thinkcell to provide focused solutions to the client. g. Managing and contributing to complex areas of the report-writing process. h. Identifying new business opportunities and developed long term business relationships with clients.
