About Lakshman Sharma

As an Experience Designer II at frog, I work with a multidisciplinary team to create innovative and user-centric solutions for clients across various domains and industries. I apply my skills in design research, interaction design, visual design, and dev handoff to deliver high-quality and engaging products and services. I also enjoyed sharing my knowledge and passion for design as a Design Mentor at Hex Academy, a UI/UX design academy that helps students launch their careers in design. I provided guidance and instruction on various design topics, conduct personalised 1:1 sessions, and offer portfolio reviews to support their individual growth. My design journey started from an integrative field of study that combined engineering and design perspectives, and enabled me to bring my ideas to reality. I have a keen interest in how psychology and innovation meet and associate together to shape a strong experience. I have also published a paper on the smart home system using IoT and Arduino in an international conference.
