About Lakshmi Revathi

As an accomplished academic professional with over a decade of experience, I am passionate about fostering innovation and empowering the next generation of leaders. I have served as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Aeronautical Engineering (IARE), where I guided numerous student projects, contributing to the holistic development of future engineers. My role as a student guide has been particularly rewarding, allowing me to mentor students through academic and professional challenges. I have played a key role in the NAAC and NBA accreditation processes, successfully navigating two cycles, and ensuring that our institution meets and exceeds educational standards. As the Dean of the Women Empowerment Cell, I have been committed to creating an inclusive environment that supports and uplifts women in academia and beyond. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. at KL University, which aligns with my dedication to continuous learning and research. I am excited to bring my experience and enthusiasm to the SOIM School of Innovation and Management, where I aim to contribute to a dynamic business education landscape.
