BS and MS in electrical engineering with experiences in diverse fields including IP network, network support, broadcast and television facilities support. • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving network and system errors and failure, sniffing network traffic. • Good skills in root cause analysis, organization of findings and escalation to subject matter experts when needed. • Experience of supporting on air impacting broadcast, television facilities/infrastructure issues. • Experience of supporting audio/video router/switcher, video walls/monitoring, audio/video procs and other live production gears in baseband and IP broadcast environment. • Good understanding of different SMPTE standards for broadcast (SMPTE 2022-6, 7, SMPTE-2110, ST 292M, ST 424M, ST 2059), video processing and transport environment. • Good knowledge on audio/video codecs and other broadcast technical terminologies/standards (ATSC, DVB, MPEG TS). • Experience of commissioning and post deployment support of broadcast infrastructures (control room, studios, audio/video switcher, monitoring systems, controls systems, muxing/demuxing, encoding/decoding audio/video signal, audio/video processing and conversion). • Experience of different audio codecs, audio shuffling/ mixing, AES, MADI, DANTE audio networks. • Experience of tier-1support for on-air impacting critical broadcast system tickets/issues. • Good knowledge and understanding of Windows, Linux, Unix, networking HW and SW, File management, MS office and desktop applications. • Working knowledge on IT and data networking, network switching and routing protocols. • Experience of using industry ticketing system (JIRA, ServiceDesk). • Documentation of system drawings, processes, workflow diagrams and work instructions details, skill on AutoCAD and Visio. • Strong data analysis, interpretation and problem solving skills. • Ability to work in multiple projects simultaneously independently and as a team member. • Adaptive, dynamic and effective team player, detail oriented and self-motivated hard worker.
