Over 19 years of core Manufacturing Industry Experience split in the areas of Business Development, Project Management, Project Execution, Installation and Commissioning, Services and Training management for Instrumentation, Automation and Manufacturing IT business primarily for Life Science, Semicon and Chemical verticals. Led the Pharmaceutical Innovation Program Singapore (PIPS) representation for Siemens. Led the Business Development and lead generation for the PSE solutions in the area of manufacturing process modelling and optimisation for ASEAN. Led the Digitalisation Consultancy for Process Industries for ASEAN. Executed 2 semicon projects in the capacity as construction manager for Siemens Singapore. Handled various challenging responsibilities in my career in the capacity of individual contributor as well as managed teams. Provided domain expertise consultancy service, for conceptualizing the Digitalisation Roadmap for Pharma manufacturing small molecules segment, Solution implementation strategy for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for Primary and Secondary manufacturing facility and solution implementation for Process Analytical Techniques (PAT). Significantly contributed in cracking the first reference for PAT (Process Analytical Technology) solution order for Siemens Ltd in India. Successful in generating a strong pipeline for Life Science opportunities for clean room applications at Eurotherm Schneider Electric. Board member for ISA Asia Pacific District 2025, Past President (2014-2015) of ISA Maharashtra Section and ISA Singapore section Treasurer for 2020-2021. Was an Adjunct Professor at Engineering institution and an active Toastmaster at Siemens Toastmasters Club.
