As a Business Analyst with over 8+ years of expertise in information technology and business operations, I gained experience in working with diverse industries as startups, finance (investments, insurance, and accounting) and IT services. My areas of expertise include and not limited to Requirements gathering, Business Processes, systems analysis, verification, validation, solution design, gap analysis, change management, Client Management and Demos. In these 8 years, I’ve also extensively contributed as subject matter expert in web applications such as client management application integration with Mobile application that has third party integrations. I have been part of the implementation of numerous complex infrastructures, application and integration projects. This was made possible by demonstrating excellent team work, collaboration and motivational skills, coordinating data gathering, mapping and testing efforts with key project stakeholders in multiple instances and fostering positive and integrated effort in various projects. I have further elevated my team building and communication skills by successfully liaising with offshore teams located in different time zones and with competing priorities.
