About Lallit Kumar Prasad

Over 35 years of experience in the Indian healthcare sector. Graduated from the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College in the year 1991 and served in the Indian armed forces hospitals as medical officer and later as Microbiologist and Pathologist of Services hospitals after doing MD Microbiology in Year again from Armed Forces Medical College Pune. This 35 years of my employment with the Armed Forces gave me the opportunity not only to travel and tour the length and the breadth of our country but also enriched me wih extensive administrative and managerial skills while working in various capacities in various hospitals of the armed forces. It has also trained me uniquely to render health care during disasters and war like scenarios.While working with the forces I also got the opportunity to be a team member of the coveted United Nations Organization and participated in their operations at Democratic republic of Congo in the year 2010, Association with United Nations Organization broadened our horizons and taught us to work for peace irrespective of our nationality. I am also uniquely blessed to have had the opportunity to work with all the three services of Indian armed forces viz Army,Navy and the Airforce as a pathologist and Microbiologist. Presently I am working as Head of the Dept of Lab Sciences at MH Pathankot.
