About Lamis M Masri

A healthcare and quality professional with over 15 years of experience in leading programs and services resulting in improving the quality of life of people in surrounding communities. My experience extends from nursing to disease management at national scale to medical consultations for specific long-term medical conditions at a regional level. This includes developing and maintaining value adding relationships with key stakeholders across Middle East, managing diverse cross functional teams, delivering CME accredited content at respectable institutions, developing educational and marketing content, executing and evaluating market related projects and managing program/brand platforms. I enjoy and value working with inspiring and challenging individuals from different backgrounds and cultures. This passion stretches to cover carrying on the volunteer-based responsibilities of assessing management systems, innovation systems, human resource systems for blue collar workers and even to assisting my previous university professors in researching and publishing topics related to quality and leadership in healthcare services.
