About Lammartupa Simarmata

An Experienced as Project Manager/Site Manager/Site Supervisor based on Electrical Mechanical high Volt Construction for 3,5 Years who have responsibility to manage project from tools, team, schedjule planning, financial project management (budgeting & costing) until the project finished with Agile Project Methodologies and usually multitasking person. Also have others experiences like purchasing, marketing, project engineer, project administration, asset management, warehouse supervisor, QA/QC Engineer during works on previous Company. And prefer to make relationship with customer during the projects on always coordination with my Operational Director. Based on my experiences, i’m specialized as a supervisor/site manager/team leader and based on High Voltage electrical constructions and supervising team arround 12-15 person on my team. The jobs details are Maintenance and Installations GIS switchgear Substation 150kV also doing other testing instruments like High Voltage 150kV up to 550kV. During my jobs experiences, im obliged to do purchasing, make daily/weekly/monthly reports, make and arrange the financial project reports, check and re-check update project progress, manage job schedjule, manage team based on each skill on site. And have some hardskills like Ms.Word, Ms.Excel, Foto/Video Editor, Power Point, Ios, Android, and internet. During my jobs as a Site Manager, i had some achievments are finished 4 - 5 Maintenance and Installations projects and others projects. And Now from july 2022 i start the new beginning on my new Company at PT Supra Boga Lestari,Tbk as Supervisor MEP Engineer Maintenance who had responsibility to manage team to do list and to do preventive and maintenance all instantion at stores.
