Results-driven and hands-on with over 12 years of experience in flexible packaging, trim and packaging for garment industry, ink & coating industry for various roles from new product development, innovation to technical sales, technical service and now sales role for global well-known companies.• Currently being at BOBST, one of the world’s leading suppliers of substrate processing, printing, and converting equipment and services for the label, flexible packaging, folding carton, and corrugated industries. with responsibility as Sales manager for flexible packaging in Vietnam market. • Prior to BOBST, I spent 3 years 6 months at Siegwerk, Printing Ink and Coating company as Application Technology Assistant Manager with role in developing market application and providing technical sales assistance for printing ink & coating manufacturing of flexible packaging business unit to ensure effectiveness of products and service. I handled key accounts such as Huhtamaki, Tapack, Constantia Flexible, Liksin Flexible and new developing accounts. • Prior to Siegwerk, I worked as Product Development - Account Manager for 1 year in r-pac Vietnam as the leading printed packaging company for garment industry (label, sticker, heat transfer labels, paper labels, printed fabric labels, polybag, corrugate box). I am accountable for key accounts Walmart and manage PD team of 5 people. • Previously over 6 years at Huhtamaki, I started as R&D Engineer with major responsibility in researching and developing new flexible packaging product for Export and Domestic customers. Later, I worked as Innovation lead after 1 year training assignment in Huhtamaki Thailand for not only in new product development, but also studying new flexible packaging ideas and conducting market trend analysis to offer optimized innovation solutions to different customers. • I hold Bachelor Degree in Material Science majoring in Polymer and Composite Material at University of Natural Science, National University based in HCMC, Vietnam.About my current role, I am responsible for value-selling the best-in-class BOBST machine solutions in the flexible packaging industry including Gravure, CI Flexo, coating, lamination machines and metallizers. I am passionate in New Business Development and show great enthusiasm with strong material technical background and a deep understanding of the flex-pack market so I do believe that this will be beneficial to promote BOBST product portfolio to Vietnam packaging market and greatly support to Vietnam converters.
