After accumulating 23 years of experience in personnel management, I am embarking on a new career path centered around training and development within the management field.My professional journey commenced when I established and successfully operated a Merle Norman Franchise for a decade. Subsequently, I decided to transition from entrepreneurship to working for esteemed organizations. This led me to a recruitment opportunity at Macy's, where I joined Estee Lauder as a counter manager. Following two years of commendable performance, I was promoted to the position of Cosmetics Manager, overseeing various departments within Macy's. Seeking further growth, I then joined Old Navy as the Assistant Store Manager.However, my most significant challenge materialized when I received an offer to join the health and wellness industry, specifically managing the Massage Envy Franchise in Toledo, Ohio. During my tenure there, spanning two years, I achieved exceptional results, surpassing the company's average in terms of revenue, membership, and service provider growth.Now, I am embarking on an exciting new venture, where I will utilize my expertise to train and develop teams within PCRK Group (Massage Envy).
