About Lana Eade

I am a highly experienced and pragmatic marketing and communications professional, with over 10 years leading projects across web development, social media, customer service and sales. I have coached and mentored teams, from across the business, and brought people together across multiple sites to gain buy-in to technology improvements and change. Recently as the Communications Project Manager with SeaLink, I was responsible for overseeing the development of a new website, communicating marketing functions, competitions, events and festivals. I have created strong relationships with multiple external stakeholders to achieve the business’s events, sponsorship and brand management goals, working with suppliers, agents, industry partners, commercial customers and community groups. During my time with SeaLink I have developed a number of skills, including- Knowledge and understanding of web development, social media functions, SEO and SEM - Comprehensive understanding and experience managing sponsorship applications and events - Demonstrated ability managing tradeshow attendance to boost brand presence - Extensive experience writing and editing internal and external communications - Proven ability driving a focus on customer service and sales My earlier roles with SeaLink include Product Coordinator and Customer Sales and Service Manager, leading a team in the delivery of exemplary customer service where we maximised our sales opportunities. Across my roles, I have driven a focus on improved processes, constantly striving to increase efficiencies and identifying ways to make things easier for both the staff and the customers that we work with. My earlier career includes leadership of teams within the tourism sector in addition to managing crews on private charter yachts across the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Pacific.
