About Lana Holmes

I’m highly motivated to drive organisational change, to improve staff knowledge, their work satisfaction and fundamentally strengthen the grassroots of support provided by staff, to autistic and people with learning disabilities. I am confident my analysis, intervention and guidance skills facilitate companies to develop concise action plans, resulting in increased productivity and improved outcomes for the people they support. I have expertise in a variety of different autism service providers, including schools, further education/colleges, day services, prisons, hospitals and residential/supported living homes. I assess current organisational working practice in order to action plan and implement service change, to improve quality of life for autistic people using that service. I impart knowledge and experience of service delivery by inspiring and working collaboratively with managers and staff to improve systems, training options and fundamentally best research-based autism practice
