Lana is a passionate human resources professional with over 20 years’ proven experience working in the field. She’s a values driven operator who’s career has predominantly delivered for the resources sector. Lana has worked for some of Australia’s major companies including Barrick, Newmont, Fortescue Metals Group (FMG) and Woodside to provide a full suite of HR function support covering both white and blue collar workforces.Lana’s strength is in workplace investigations and grievance management. She is driven to understand organisational issues in a company to remove barriers and help create a harmonious workplace.As a successful change agent, Lana can roll-out organisational and operational change projects to ensure smooth implementation and transition. Lana understands strong stakeholder engagement is critical and as her client, you will be guided through the change project and supported to ensure the key deliverables are met. Executive coaching and leader development is a special focus area for Lana and she has successfully coached a number of executives to the next level in their career. By using an honest and transparent approach, Lana works with leaders to identify their strengths and areas for development so they can make a positive impact on their teams, which increases engagement and ultimately productivity.Lana has a long history of living regionally and most recently has worked residentially in the Pilbara for over 12 years. She therefore understands the challenges of attracting and retaining quality workforces in this region.
