With over 25 years of professional experience in the field of financial due diligence, audit, and management consulting, I am a Partner at Grant Thornton, one of the world's leading professional services firms and co-head our healthcare & life sciences FDD practice. Having been dedicated to healthcare and life sciences for over ten years, providing financial due diligence for both private equity and strategic M&A, covering all aspects of financial due diligence, quality of earnings, working capital analysis, cash requirements analysis, and net debt analysis. I am a Certified Public Accountant with a deep background in FDD and M&A. I am passionate about delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to my clients, leveraging my expertise in my respective industries. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of professionals, who share my commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation. I have experience serving clients in many subsectors, including, PPM's, home health, hospices, DSO, infusion, RCM, CDMO, CRO, pharma distribution, PBM, clinical testing, VBC to name a few. I have advised on transactions ranging from $10 million to $5 billion, involving both buy-side and sell-side engagements. In addition to my transaction advisory skills, I also have extensive experience in RCM, restructuring, management consulting and BPO, which I leverage for my clients.
