My name is Lance Bement. I’m an accomplished and detail-oriented professional with Active Secret Security Clearance and extensive experience in managing all aspects of security and safety operations within compelling public and private settings. I’m proficient in reducing security risk through effective counter terrorism planning, security risk assessments, and strategic physical security mitigation by leveraging technology and traditional security remits. I have keep the team abreast and knowledgeable of all regulations and laws pertaining to security, personal protection and support emergency preparedness efforts of facility. I’m an expert in conducting threat vulnerability and security / risk assessments for facilities and worksites. I have deep knowledge of criminal, civil, DOD, and FMS codes and strong expertise in facility clearances, personnel security processing, document control, self-inspections, incident investigations, and security awareness training. The following are the key highlights of my career accomplishments: • Spearhead all aspects of FMS Pakistan F-16 Program and security oversight services program and collaborate with on-site management to ensure country-wide coordination and manage assigned personnel. • Handpicked by the Hub Enterprises as Detail Coordinator for Deep Water Horizon Claim Facility and provided strategic leadership to multiple deputies engaged in protecting employees at Deep Water Horizon Claim Facility. • Proactively responded to emergency calls and conducted immediate threat assessments within the facility to defuse dangerous situations and maximize overall safety and service of the facility.
