I am a highly resourceful and well-organized leader and consultant with expertise in directing high-value training sessions for military personnel and adult students. With track record of exceling at prioritizing varying needs of military personnel, I am adept at maximizing performance metrics while promoting unmatched professionalism and sound ethics. Being a commendable operational and leadership expert, I have succeeded in offering astute direction to joint-service, multinational intelligence professionals, and civilians in developing and briefing large numbers of intelligence reports. Having an aptitude for working under pressure, I have coordinated aspects of strategic planning, multi-disciplined intelligence analysis, and program management to produce meaningful results for team members and customers. As the Program Manager/Lead Instructional Systems Developer for my current contract I have led the creation of multiple cutting edge courses delivered to our military customer to teach the next generation of intelligence professionals. Each course includes up to 18 weeks of instructor led Lesson Plans, Instructor Guides and IMM designed to teach and evaluate the end users comprehension of the subject matter. As a Master Training Specialist, I have personally logged more than 23,400 hours of instruction in multiple courses of instruction over 14 years of formal training experience. Additionally, I hold the Army Basic Instructor certification. I have created, revised and updated curriculum as well as testing material to achieve the most knowledgeable students possible. With my conscientious abilities, I lead ISD's and instructors in the delivery of technical instruction by utilizing a diverse body of knowledge and developing new opportunities for professional development. Being an excellent communicator with superior attention to detail, I have the capacity to seamlessly interface among cross-functional teams, instructors, operational peers, and students.
