I'm an execution-focused operating leader by trade and an experienced business builder at heart. I merge both approaches when it comes to architecting successful businesses. I love mentoring and mobilizing people for success. A company is only as good as its team, so nurturing a positive forward-facing culture is a must. Companies I've started or led have achieved $350mm in aggregate revenue with substantial EBITDA and other industry leading performance metrics. I’ve held multiple private company board roles providing strategy, operating, and P&L guidance to leadership teams in organizations in multiple industries spanning domestic and international entities in startup, turnaround, operating, and high-growth scenarios. In one role I led a team in structuring and expanding an international supply chain involving the scale up of both domestic and international product development, engineering, manufacturing, distribution, coupled with sustainability metrics, to meet the demands of what would ultimately reach 50mm+ technology products shipped worldwide. I take pride in my ability to develop a point of view early and evolve it in real time to capitalize on developing market opportunities. My background includes being strategically early in changes across the PC industry, consumer technology, digital infrastructure, and now the business of emissions reduction and decarbonization. I have experience and personal interests in the areas of emerging technologies, supply chain decarbonization methodologies, technology-based GHG emissions reductions projects, methane prevention & reclamation, Voluntary & Compliance Carbon Markets, carbon capture & sequestration, EV infrastructure, regeneration of soils, forests, & wetlands, and critical minerals for electrification. My graduate education at both Colorado State University and Colorado School of Mines leveraged my operational and technical success in multiple industries with globally recognized subject matter experts resulting in my market-based point of view around the science and business of decarbonization and emissions reductions. C level leaders and companies will continue to see increasing regulatory, policy, financial, insurance, supply chain, and stakeholder initiatives involving GHG emissions reductions, decarbonization, and sustainability.
