About Lance Coburn

Lance is a Partner located in our Las Vegas office. He represents clients in a wide variety of domestic and international business litigation matters. He has experience counseling clients on class actions, media law, defamation lawsuits, First Amendment, and labor matters. He also represents clients in securities litigation, including matters alleging claims of unfair price and unfair process, 10b-5 fraud and stock manipulation. Lance has more than a decade of legal experience in Nevada representing developers of resort hotels and casinos on the Las Vegas strip in complex construction law, lien litigation and intellectual property rights. He represented the owner of one of the world's largest mixed use development projects in a construction defect case involving claimed damages of approximately $400 million, one of the largest such cases in the country. Lance also assists clients and candidates running for political office on legislative matters, governmental affairs and campaign advertising. Lance has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for both 2016 and 2017 in recognition of his work in Commercial Litigation.
