About Lance Collins

My background includes over thirty years of experience in commercial real estate, including brokerage, development, asset management and as a director of corporate real estate. I have experience throughout the continental United States and Canada working on transportation, industrial, office, and healthcare projects. Relevant experience includes planning, site selection, development, managing national accounts, acquisitions, leasing, asset management, dispositions, environmental, purchasing and facilities. My combined experience from both the tenant side of the transaction during time in corporate real estate and the landlord side of the transaction while in commercial development, gives me a broader perspective than most other brokers. Extensive supervision and project management experience. Supervision has included overseeing a staff as large as twenty five. Project management includes direct, hands on management of numerous projects simultaneously in various locations. Strengths include both oral and written communication. This includes public meetings at all levels of government, high level corporate meetings and client presentations. In addition, I have been a key note speaker, panelist, moderator, and motivational speaker.
