About Lance Craft

I have two degrees in engineering and a wealth of experience through the following positions: Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, Production Supervisor, Industry (Plant) Manager, Manager of Product Engineering, Product Manager, Manager of Operations - Business Development, Program Manager, Project Manager, R&D Project Engineer, and Structural Design Engineer. As a result, I have been involved in the development of various products from strategic planning, through the design, manufacture, delivery, and support of finished goods. In the process, I have developed a number of solid interpersonal, technical, computer, financial, and operational skills which can benefit any organization. In addition, although previously trained as a TQM (CPI) Facilitator, I enhanced those skills by completing a Villanova University online course in Lean Six Sigma. In 2013, I received Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Honeywell. More recently, I completed training to be an Internal Auditor and and training in Corrective Action and Mistake Proofing. Finally, I have a stable employment record - the bulk of my professional career has been with just two companies.
