About Lance Daguiar

With two decades of experience in the construction industry, my journey has been anchored by a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of successful major projects delivery. Currently leading the $350m Health Translation Hub project with Hansen Yuncken, I am passionate about harnessing project performance to deliver landmark developments. My work ethic is driven by the goal to create structures that stand the test of time, and my role allows me to align my expertise with our company's mission to innovate within the construction field. At Hansen Yuncken, my team and I are at the forefront of constructing the Health Translation Hub, a project that not only challenges us but also allows us to contribute to the community. Prior to this, as a Senior Project Manager at Probuild Constructions, I played a pivotal role in the re-commencement of The Ribbon following Grocon's collapse, managing the many complexities of a very distressed $700m development. These experiences have honed my leadership skills and my ability to oversee significant projects, ensuring quality and efficiency at every step.
