I have 20+ years experience in healthcare information technology software development with over 15 years performing leadership roles. While completing my MBA from Drury University I started my career supporting software for home health mobile devices. I have been involved in IT and software development in some manner from that point forward. I have experience managing multiple SDLC models (Agile, Kanban, SAFe), coaching agile teams, assessing against multiple CMMI models and maturity levels, and coaching organizations to improve outcomes. Additionally, some of my roles have been; Adjunct Professor, Dev and QA Management, Project Management, Management of multiple Agile Teams for shared delivery, site lead on CMMI maturity level attainment, internal consultant for CMMI.
