About Lance Johnson

I'm a General Manager and Operations/Accounting Manager who combines practical business sense with a hands-on approach to leadership. My background spans business administration, legal compliance, finance, and project management. I’ve spent years streamlining operations, solving problems under pressure, and helping organizations grow in sustainable, measurable ways.In my day-to-day, I handle everything from contract negotiation and vendor management to invoicing and financial reporting. I’m comfortable getting into the weeds to make sure systems run smoothly, and I care just as much about the people involved as I do about the numbers. Whether it’s rewriting a policy or negotiating a contract, I focus on solutions that move the organization forward.I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Felician University with a degree in Business Administration (3.77 GPA) and earned membership in the Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society. I've also completed coursework through Yale University and the Project Management Institute to keep learning and sharpening my approach. What makes me different? I don’t see challenges as roadblocks, I see them as chances to build something better. I work best in collaborative, high-energy environments where trust matters and no one is above rolling up their sleeves. I lead with clarity, solve problems creatively, and stay grounded in what matters most: building strong teams and getting the job done right.
