I am a professional hands-on accountant, best at enhancing the timing, accuracy and content of an organisation’s management and board reporting. I am adept at building forecasting tools for budgeting, cashflows, and to enhance strategic decision making. I find solutions, improve systems, and get things done. I have a very strong work ethic and value accuracy and integrity in everything I do. I have extensive experience in financial accounting, risk management, compliance, operations, and governance in the Financial Services industry in New Zealand. I have an in-depth knowledge and practical experience with most financial products. I develop effective teams by taking opportunities to develop their skills, knowledge, and abilities. My Governance experience includes being Company Secretary and Deemed Director of OMF for over 15 years, and a Director of Pie Funds Management Limited. I completed the Institute of Directors course and received a 'Certificate in Company Direction' in Nov 2018.
