About Lance Lozon

I believe in always finding the strengths in weaknesses as these should be treated as gifts and not barriers. These are gifts that allow us to understand and contextualise the moment which eventually leads us to self-realisations and improvements. With this mindset, it has led me to find a passion for continuously developing myself in whatever ways I possibly can. I enjoy taking part in various avenues such as student organisations, committees, projects, and competitions which have helped me hone my skills and prepared me to seek opportunities. Opportunities that I would have never imagined in my wildest dreams. It has also inspired a voice inside of me to continuously push myself outside my comfort zone. One of the most notable opportunities I have taken was to join a marketing student organisation, the Junior Entrepreneurs' Marketing Association (JEMA). I dedicate a large portion of my success and achievements due to the trust placed upon me. From taking part as a member of an organising committee for an event, to being able to lead three successful ones (with two being recognised by an award giving body), and finally to leading the organisation with 1,028 members and officers as the President. With a confidence inspired in me, I was even given the amazing opportunity to participate in the L'Oréal Brandstorm (2019) as a finalist, the Unilever Future Leaders' League (2020) as a semi-finalist, and a collaboration between De La Salle University and Singapore Polytechnic Business School for P&G Healthcare Singapore.
