Lance Markert is a Lean Six Sigma Certified Green Belt with 6 years of experience significantly improving supply chain, manufacturing, and service processes within fast-paced environments. He possesses strong interpersonal communication skills, critical to gathering requirements, maintaining open lines of communication between business units / clients and maintaining quality assurance. His expert level knowledge of root cause analysis, data analytics, change management and cellular layout has led to numerous improvements in efficiency, quality, cost reduction, and cycle time. Some of his key achievements are as follows: • Contributed extensively to project producing 50 trucks for the government; maintained open lines of communication with client, identified / reduced variation, implemented standard work documents and reviewed minor details to ensure uniformity across all products (Wabash). • Utilized Plan for Every Part (PFEP) and standard work to implement and sustain a lean material handling system leading to elimination of $100k+ in working capital and substantial waste reduction (Wabash). • Lead Cost Analyst and Scheduler for 75+ projects with combined revenue in excess of $15M (Black & Veatch). • Involved in nine projects with an estimated total 3 year net present value of (Black & Veatch). Lance completed his degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering at the University of Missouri at Columbia in December 2014 and his Bachelor's of Business in Management from Western Illinois University in Spring 2012.
