About Lance Ohrazda

Years of experience in client relations and sales led me to becoming the most Senior Business Developer on a publicly traded Large Cap company on the Nordic NASDAQ. I successfully initiated new partnerships with more than 30 global partners and helped drive a company from being a start-up, through an IPO launch, and into a rapidly expanding global brand. I worked with management teams at international companies in bicycle, snow sports, motorcycle, football, hockey, skateboard, and safety to help foster a successful partnership and mutual growth. Collaborated with project managers, engineers, production teams, and Asia to ensure that projects are started and completed on time. Made sure that go to market plans for each model are in place, and coordinated between the Marketing and PR teams to increase awareness, support, and sell-through. Professional and Reliable: I was trusted by my CEO and my manager to work very independently as I traveled frequently across Europe and the USA. I was also counted on by my clients to communicate clearly and openly, give overwhelming support to them to aid in their success, and to bridge the gap effectively between the many companies and continents involved on every project. Focused: Despite the incredible success and growth my teams achieved, I continue to challenge myself with new goals frequently and make sure that I am prepared and driven to meet company and personal targets. Communicative: I worked collaboratively with all departments in my company, and communicated effectively with clients around the world, as well as with factories in Asia, in order to provide support where it was needed at any given time. Passionate: I grew up in a working class family in California that instilled a love of being active and an also a hard work ethic. I taught children in the US, London, and in Sweden. and also coached sports while I taught as well. I wanted a new challenge in life and decided to leave Education for business development and have never regretted the career change. I remain very active and enjoy using my free time to spend with my wife and children.
