About Lance Palazzo

I am currently at an incredible GovTech startup working alongside exceptionally talented and hardworking individuals. In my current role as a CSTM, I work on leveraging technology to help provide grant funding to promote educational learning recovery and facilitate academic enrichment opportunities for qualifying families in the state of Kansas. I have over a decade of experience working with multiple Support teams from their nascent startup phase through maturation. The experience I've gained operating across a variety of roles and teams have helped me to optimize and hone my skills into strengths in the following areas: interviewing and hiring, training, interpersonal communication, team leadership, people development, customer support, project management, process improvement, policy creation and implementation, and an understanding of metrics and the motivational factors that lead to building successful teams. I'm forever learning and striving to be the best leader for the people and organization I work with. My goal is to empower my team to be able to operate autonomously while developing a personal interest and passion for the work they do. I've found that the best work is achieved when you reach a state similar to being "in the zone" in sports. Once this is achieved on a personal and team level, the accomplishments and success seem to flow with ease.
