From elite sport to the frontlines of mental health, my journey has been driven by one purpose: to turn lived experience into systems that support others — at scale. I’ve lived the highs of AFL and the lows of addiction, injury, and recovery. Those moments shaped a deep understanding of what it means to truly support wellbeing — not just as a service, but as infrastructure. After my own turning point, I founded the Never Alone Foundation — a national movement for suicide prevention and lived experience leadership. That mission still runs through everything I do: building real-time systems that embed care, recognition, and recovery into the environments people move through every day — from hotels and workplaces to broader travel and health ecosystems. The goal isn’t to add more apps or noise. It’s to make the systems smarter. To respond to stress, to signal fatigue, to catch people in the moments that matter. I now lead behavioral and wellbeing initiatives backed by global brands, government partners, and a simple belief: wellbeing should never be an afterthought.
