Lance W. Powers is one of the founding members of OPERATUS and retains over 25 years of extensive multifarious experience in strategic B2G, B2C, B2B, business development, law enforcement, counter-terrorism, and global security. Mr. Powers with prior residence in Stuttgart, Germany, Basel, Switzerland, and London, England is one of the most diversified professionals within OPERATUS with advanced business studies and training in the designated areas of: International and Economic Law Strategic Business Development Corporate and Counter Intelligence Strategic Sales and Marketing Tactics International Strategic Business Development Project Negotiations and New Partnership Alliance Advisor Planning for Change and Advancements in Internet Technology Strategic Alliance Partnership Negotiations in Global Environments Corporate Identity and Professional Image Development Instructor Facial Action Coding and Micro Body Language Decoding Specialist Mr. Powers comes from a strong military family background consisting of a father who served in the U.S. Military and his mother who served with the British Armed Forces, which has been the foundation of honor, integrity, and dedication bestowed upon him from childhood to present. Mr. Powers is also highly recognized for his operational experience and has trained as an SRT Master Firearms Instructor with other master instructors from the Secret Service, DEA, FBI, ICE, U.S. Border Patrol, Homeland Security, LAPD SWAT, Chicago Police Department Rapid Response, U.S. Marshals Service, Las Vegas SWAT and other various law enforcement agencies across the nation. He has also served as an active law enforcement officer on special assignment in the United States for over 15 years and holds multiple master law enforcement instructor certifications.
