Over 25 years’ experience in project management, supervision, and facilities work building and maintaining high end luxury retail stores, office spaces, and studios. These projects were managed throughout the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. Worked with design teams locally and internationally to see that the design and design intent was implemented during the completion of each project. Constantly held direct communication lines with upper management, property owners, building and safety officials. Made sure that the company’s needs were met or exceeded within IT, Security, Visual Merchandising, Finance, Office Operations and HR. Work closely with in house and outside contractors to design and develop security procedures. Set up preventative maintenance programs with HVAC and maintenance service contractors assuring that the stores and offices were prepared for any unforeseen problems. Throughout each year worked with upper management to develop capital expenditure forecast along with repair and maintenance forecast. Constantly tracked each projects progress and budget against the overall capital plan and periodically updated upper management. Notable projects have included the Sony Music Studio ‘D’, Sony Wonder, Escada offices and showroom, a ground up office building for Louis Vuitton as well as many flagship stores for Louis Vuitton, Escada and Christian Dior. An advocate of safety and education this is carried out by being a part of service organizations. Currently a member of Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), Past Volunteer Fireman and EMT, a member of Department’s Board of instruction and Assistant Fire Inspector, Little League safety officer, involved in the United States Lifesaving Association, taught first aid and CPR and hold a 50 Ton Master Captain’s License with sailing endorsement.
